Building the future of female health

I turned my health crisis into a mission to change how we understand the female body.

I’m Angelica Conraths — founder of fembites, building solutions and awareness for female health where science, data, and lived experience are still catching up.

INTRO

After 14 years on the pill, coming off it changed everything. What followed was a cascade of hormonally-driven issues — and a frustrating realization: there is still a massive gap in how we understand and support the female body.

That experience didn’t just change my health. It changed my path.

Today, I’m building fembites — a platform dedicated to closing the gender data gap in female health and giving women access to knowledge and solutions that actually make a difference.

WHAT I DO

01 — Female Health Advocacy

Raising awareness around the gender data gap and pushing for better education, research, and solutions in women’s health.

02 — Building fembites

Creating a platform that connects knowledge, community, and real solutions in female health.

03 — Community & Brand Building

Helping ideas grow into movements — through storytelling, positioning, and community-first thinking.

fembites

Through building fembites, I’ve seen firsthand how underserved female health still is — not just in research, but in accessible, trustworthy information.

I write about female health, the gender data gap, and what it takes to build meaningful companies and communities.

I speak about female health, the gender data gap, and building community-driven brands.

I’ve always been driven by a deep need to understand people and help where systems fall short. That’s what led me here — and what continues to shape everything I build.
